New head of BVT (the 3rd successor).
Just when we have it all figured out, things change. We do not re-orient and begin the same dysfunctional cycle again.
Trust is lost. key people left. The whole Asian team is gone.
Moved to a new office. The new start gives the prospect of growth.
Expectations are not met. Lack of direction and mid - long term goals.
Some new hires but retention ratio is low.
BetVictor's representation in Budapest is negative - "A bad workman always blames his tools".
Stable elements resign.
Recruitment is stuck. No signs of an effort to improve the situation.
Conflicting work style between head and teams.
