Description:
The Seven Years War was a conflict fought between the nations of England and Prussia vs. the nations of Austria and France. This conflict quickly became international as the colonies of North America quickly came under the target for the expanding war. The Seven Years War was fought for many reasons one of the main reasons was the economic and commercial rivalry of France and England. This commercial rivalry had pretty much been continued throughout much of the 18th century when France surpassed the Netherlands as the rival to England on the high seas.
