Description:
The ultimatum was created, decided by the country leaders from Austria-Hungary and Germany from Vienna when they had a secret meeting. The ultimatum was that if Serbia agrees to the term, Serbia would be invaded by Austro-Hungarians, if not, there would be a war against Serbia.
