War of 1812 (7 juin 1812 – 7 févr. 1815)
Description:
The war started because of tensions between the US and England. Many Americans were upset about not having the whole frontier (Canada and Florida) and piracy. The war eventually ended in a stalemate with no land gains to the US or England, but the Native Americans were no longer backed by England after the war so they were pushed further West by American settlers.
