George Washington timeline

George Washington was a great man and he developed a command presence—given his size, strength, stamina, and bravery in battle. To soldiers, he was a natural leader and they followed him without questioning him. He gained connections because of his popularity, which would help him way later in the revolution. When he was just 21 years old he was sent to Ohio valley to confront the French and that is what started the French and Indian war.
