Description:

Koch discovered the Tubercle Bacillus, the bacteria behind one of the worst infectious disease man has ever known, tuberculosis. He also created his postulate, 4 criteria on how to identify what causes infectious disease.
1. sample taken must be present in an infected host not present in a healthy one
2.Culture the sampled microorganism, then give it to a healthy subject
3. Isolate it again from the newly infected organism if the new organism experiences the same symptoms as the first host
4. reisolate it and culture it.
