- Went into the FHPD to make a records request and spoke with an officer.
- The button request for help was not in service as I was told.
- Change in procedure and departments.
12:27 PM was the time I left the Forest Hill Police Department building.

On that day I spoke to the chief of police at the Civic Hall.
