The General Assembly

Guided by the UN Charter and human rights principles, and recalling previous resolutions on human rights violations in Israeli-occupied territories:

Reaffirms its resolutions on human rights violations in these territories;

Expresses grave concern over ongoing reports of human rights abuses;

Condemns practices such as collective punishment, home destruction, and deportation;

Urges Israel to cease repressive practices and comply with international obligations under the Geneva Convention and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;

Requests the Special Committee established under resolution 2443 (XXIII) to consider the provisions of this resolution.
