The General Assembly

Guided by the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and mindful of the Geneva Convention and related resolutions:

Establishes a Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting Human Rights in Occupied Territories, composed of three Member States;

Requests the General Assembly President to appoint the committee members;

Requests Israel to cooperate with and facilitate the work of the Special Committee;

Directs the Special Committee to report to the Secretary-General as needed;

Requests the Secretary-General to provide necessary facilities for the committee's work.
