Description:

When Severus returns to Voldemort's headquarters, he learns that the contraceptive potion failed to prevent a pregnancy, possibly due to the fertility potion that had be given to her first. He is shocked, and at first offers to brew an abortive potion for her, to Hyacinth's great displeasure. He then convinces the Dark Lord to let him take her into his own home, claiming him returning there often wouldn't be as suspicious and that he's concerned she'll kill his heir once she's given birth. He's grated his request, including the desire to have Narcissa tend to her as a midwife.
