Description:

After the outbreak of the Korean War, Zheng Zu begins to put into action a plan to eliminate the foreign powers which he sees as responsible for destroying China. He orders his lieutenants to establish chapters of the Ten Rings in places with large Chinese immigrant populations: Macau, Taiwan, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Brazil. Each chapter is overseen by a loyalist general, who is given a symbolic ring as a sign of influence. Zheng remains in Hong Kong to oversee operations and planning. The Mandarin begins to slip from fact to legend.
