Description:

The birth of Ymir releases a wave of cosmic energy that cascades over Muspelheim and Niflheim, awakening their energies into a burst of life. The fires of Muspelheim roar to life, lead by the fire giant Surtur.

Niflheim's gases swirl and become seas and masses like a world without substance. The spirits of those killed in the destruction of Aesheim are bound to these gases, and Niflheim becomes a world of the unending dead.
