Description:

The first 2 months of ISO were going as planned, then school came back and I forgot about the importance of meditation, I convinced myself that I don’t have enough time to do it. I was behind on work, on ISO, on relationships, I was mentally breaking down. I used to ISO to make me more vulnerable and school was the bullet that I didn’t expect, I ended up missing over half of my classes and this continued for quite a while.
