JERUSALEM, Monday, Jan. 5 (AP) — The Semiramis Hotel in Jerusalem, believed to be a transit headquarters for Arab leaders, was wrecked early today by a heavy explosion. Police said the blast had killed at least twenty Arabs and wounded twelve others.
