Description:

Abilities:
Dragon's Blessing: Dragon's Resilience: While attuned to the Celestial Dragon Medallion, you gain resistance to fire damage.
Dragon's Presence: You have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks made when interacting with creatures that recognize the authority of the Celestial Dragons or ancient Chinese mythology.
Azure Dragon's Protection:
Heavenly Shield: As a reaction when you are hit by an attack, you can summon a barrier of azure energy to absorb the damage. You reduce the damage taken by 1d10 + your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
