- In the end, a tenth of New England population is killed or injured, and natives become viscously suppressed

PRAYING TOWNS
- English missionaries est. towns for NA to coexist with Europeans in New England
- SOME natives converet to Christ. and settle on farms, but are still treated as SECOND CLASS CITIZENS
