Description:

Prohibits inmates from establishing or maintaining any internet-based, social networking website account. Defines "social networking website" as an internet-based website that has the capability to allow users to create web pages or profiles about themselves that are available to the general public or other users or offers a mechanism for communication among users, such as a forum, chat room, electronic mail, or instant messaging. Imposes a fine of up to $500, up to 30 days imprisonment, or both for violation.
