I’m writing after receiving some concerning news about our mutual friend and my patient. I'm concerned that my prescribing will only create problems with his health and be dangerous given this information. I've asked that after his scan today he make an
appointment to see me in the office tomorrow or Friday to review the situation and his general health and scans. I'll also need to get a laboratory panel to assess his wellness.
