Description:

The Battle of Quebec was part of an unsuccessful American effort to invade Canada and pull together French-Canadian support for the Patriot front against the British. Due to Quebec’s powerful defenses, most American units were forced to pull away before entering the city borders. The American unit that made it inside the city had been caught in a blizzard that blinded them. Because of this the Americans had to retreat. The Americans had lost this battle to the British.
