The dandy-horse was one of the first two-wheeled personal vehicles ever created. It's like a modern bike, but without any pedals or chains. People would use their feet to move the dandy-horse instead of using pedals. The dandy-horse is looked upon by most as the predecessor of the bicycle. The velocipede, as shown in the previous timeline event, was just another, more advanced version of the dandy-horse. The dandy-horse never became very popular, because they were made of wood and had to be custom-made for each customer, as there were no adjustable seats.
