Description:

This year, as Pat's body begins it's journey, someone, perhaps a young child or such, drops a floating rubber duck in the river as Pat falls. Trying to lighten the mood, some one else jokes about betting on whether the duck or Pat will make it downs stream first. The joke kinda jus takes off and by the time they crowd, and Pat, reach his rock the mood is much more jovial than the previous years. The crowd has divided into two teams, Team Duck and Team Pat. Pat wins, but there are murmurs about trying again next year
