Description:
In 1849, with the help of Garibaldi, Mazzini managed to take control of Rome whilst the pope was absent. In 1850, French troops siege Rome and gave control back to the Pope. Mazzini flees to London where he keeps writing manifestos encouraging the unification of Italy. The Austrians also managed to defeat the rebels that took over Venice. Garibaldi also flees to New York.
