Description:
The Cordeliers Club encouraged people to sign a petition, which says that the King has to abdicate and for the King to be on a trail for abandoning his position. 50,000 people gather on Champs de Mars to sign a petition. Lafayette was commanded to disperse the crowd. People started to throw rocks at the National assembly, which caused Lafayette fired at people.
