Description:
The British government sent General Braddock, a well-known powerful general, to take over the Ohio River Valley. Braddock, with Washington by his side, led 2,000 through the wilderness for months in other to get to the valley. When they arrived, the French used guerrilla tactics and ambushes against the British. Braddock was mortally wounded because of his selfishness, so the British lost this battle.
