1 juill. 1946 - Dale's Cone of Experience is developed.
Description:
Dales Cone of experience was developed by Edgar Dale. Dale published a novel called "Audiovisual Methods in Teaching". In this novel Dale introduces the "cone of experience". This model demonstrated all of the different types of experiences a learner would be exposed to. These experiences range from abstract to more concrete experiences. Dale further developed the Cone by integrating Burner's (1966) three modes of learning: enactive, iconic, and symbolic experience. Dales learning Cone still is refereed to till this day for instructional development.
