1 janv. 1915 - Coppage v. Kansas

Description:

Passed by the Supreme Court, allowing yellow-dog contracts (contracts signed by the worker agreeing they wouldn't join a union). Goes against what Wilson did with creating the NWLB.

This only really kicks in after the war as lots of jobs are available during the war (full employment) so workers have more power. After the war there were less jobs available so they had to sign the contracts if they wanted a job - it was now on the employers terms.
