1 janv. 1914 - Clayton Anti-Trust Act
Description:
Introduced by Congress before the First World War, the act was a positive step for trade unions. The Act acknowledged that trade unions were legal and revised the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. The Act gave unions the right to exist and affirmed the right of workers to go on strike.
By this time, there had been a dip in the economy (more bust than boom in the early 1900s).
