Description:

While at first Lunar settlements were mostly temporary tent-like habitations, for the first time this year people started making more permanent habitations and connecting them with one another through pressurized hyperloop tunnels.

Enough time had passed since the first regular Lunar habitation began that effectively all Lunar settlements based at or around the moon's north pole had joined together their transport networks into one contiguous entity.

With its citizens consisting mostly of helium-3 miners and scientists, the early colonists of this first true habitation called their new home "Clavius City" and jokingly referred to themselves as "Lunatics".
