Description:

The villain Brainiac collects various cities and their inhabitants from the remnants of worlds that have since been erased in the many Crises that came before. The heroic and villainous inhabitants of these cities must fight one another to determine whose civilizations will be allowed to remain, until the survivors band together to fight against Brainiac and restore their lost universes. The displaced heroes succeed, creating a new Multiversal timeline where their old worlds once erased in Crisis on Infinite Earths are now replaced with rebooted, newer variations.
