- Act Against Administering Unlawful Oaths: aimed to prevent formation of rebellious groups

- Seduction from Duty and Allegiance Act: anyone who tried to seduce a sailor or soldier from his duty or encourage him to mutiny was to suffer death. Also anyone who deserts their post was to be tried for high treason
