Again the U.S didn’t get involved at first. This time Japan launched an attack ultimately bombing Pearl Harbor. The same thing happened to Cuba and Germany ended up attacking Havana. This was one of the most important trading ports Cuba owned. They were the first latin colony to call upon war.
