This movie is about a girl who s dad gets called to war but she goes for him instead and she acts and dresses up like a boy so they all belive her and her sick dad will not have to go and die on the battle field she is super strong and super brave through out the whole movie i think this is important to the united states of america history because it show a girl caring for her father instead of a boy and she just wants to save him so she would risk her life just to save him i think that this is real love
