Description:
The Leica 1 (A) was designed by Oscar Barnack, the camera was announced in 1914 but was not available to the public until 1925. The lens on the camera cannot be changed. The camera is fitted with a focal plane shutter with speeds from 1/20 to 1/500. The model was a base for future cameras for the next 30 years.
