Description:
Back on the 28th, Russia received false reports that Austria started shelling Belgrade. Not knowing these are false reports, they consult Nicholas II to start full mobilization.Later at one O' Clock in the morning, Nicholas and Wilhelm discuss their childhood and friendship in a attempt to not go to war. At the end of the conversation, Nicholas cancels mobilization.
