FROM TMZ:Amber Heard just showed up -- again -- for her long-awaited deposition in her divorce/domestic violence case against Johnny Depp. The question ... will she actually testify this time around?
Amber was mum as usual as she arrived with her attorney Samantha Spector to the office building of Johnny's lawyer, Laura Wasser. As we reported, this is the second time Amber showed up at the building. A week ago she made her entrance but never testified -- Wasser says she refused to come in the depo room, and just cried and screamed defiance in another office.
As for today, it's complicated. We know both sides have been talking settlement, and sources connected with Amber say she'll be armed with a proposal when she enters to end the fight. If that doesn't work, the question ... will she actually take the oath this time?
