Description:

Legalizes alcohol and repeals prohibition. The gov needed money (because of the depression) and had the idea to get money from alcohol taxes. The roaring 20s showed that prohibition wasn’t working and there were plenty of bootleggers. . This amendment was meant to fight the depression.
