Description:

Communism became appealing to china because it had so much corruption.
Eventually the communists won the civil war
now the most heavily populated nation in the world became communist. (500 million people)
-Chinas fall to communism shocked the US as they viewed china as an ally.
-Moa admired Stalin's ways of leadership and wanted to do the same, china became an ally of the USSR
-Stalin was hesitant to side with China as their communism was different and he also feared that china would threaten the power of the USSR, however Stalin did side with Moa anyway.
