this was a goal of Charles II in 1660 as he wanted to reestablishment the Church of England as the dominant religious institution in England after the period of Puritan dominance during the Commonwealth period.

this goal would be a long-lasting goal and for this it would last throughout this ryn but it there was be some quick act that would follow this goal and idea of restoring the churches back to the way they were.
