Description:
an important piece of legal document for Charles in welcoming him to the throne again this was a personal point to show his support from most of the English society organised by Charles II chief advisor a royalist Clarendon
this decaeration stated that Charles II try and keep peace I'm on the land of Scotland Ireland and England and also respect and work with Parliament as one
-Charles agreed on this as he had many advantages
-first who had the English throne back to his family
- it was allowed to punish parliamentary officials that were through the Civil War
- and he was allowed to take back all the Crown land that was sold in the commonwealth period
