As women started working and houses became dual-income there was a struggle regarding the care of their children as both parents worked. The establishment of this space aimed to create a space for children while aiding struggling families. As a bilingual and most importantly affordable daycare option, this was ideal and a welcoming safe space for these children where they felt represented and seen.
