Description:

This Act was made by Congress. It limited the power the president has over declaring war. This was made to help what happened in the Vietnam War to never happen again. America civilians were not happy with LBJ or Nixon in their decision making. They wasted 140 billion dollars . 58,000 lives were lost. This act was very much needed to prevent that many lives dying just to lose.
