Patel passed the pleader's test at the age of 25, at which point he started donning a black lawyer's coat over his kameez and dhoti as well as a red Patidar pagdi.He borrowed money from a friend and rented a home before moving to Godhra. He started his career as a Pleader with some furniture he purchased at an auction, including a few chairs, a table, some bolsters, and a few square yards of rough matting. He made his home here with his wife Jhaverba, whom he had married nine years previously, to start their married life.
His career ascension was quick and amazing, and he usually accepted criminal cases. A sinister threat was there amid this upsurge. The terrifying Plague.
