Description:

On September 9, 2015, Heard's attorney Singer again wrote Nicola Six claiming that one of the nude scenes which Nicola Six changed was not changed to Heard's satisfaction. In his
original letter September 3 letter complaining about this scene, which had involved rear nudity, Singer suggested that Nicola merely needed to restore the shot to the way it was originally shot, in which Heard was wearing a nude-colored thong. In the September 9 letter, he claimed the restoration was unacceptable, for the previously unstated reason that Heard was allegedly assured by Cullen during filming that "no part of her buttocks would be exposed" in the scene. However, Heard's rights under the nudity rider were limited to approvals of "straight-on nipple and below the
waist frontal nudity," not rear nudity.
