Description:
The Treaty of Paris was signed on September 3, 1783 by representatives of King George III and representatives of the United States of America. This treaty would lead to the end of the American Revolutionary War, and the American Revolution itself. This treaty would set boundaries between the British Empire in North America and the United States. This would also lead to the restoration of property and prisoners of war. After the treaty, the United States would continue to expand west and create new states, which would eventually lead to a civil war between themselves later on.
