a 2007 Sundance documentary about showbiz assistants, in which she described herself as a “tough bitch with a long memory.” When we met at her rent-controlled apartment in Astoria, Queens, and I congratulated her on the success of that film, she promised that she had “tons of other color” up her sleeve.
