0 h 9 min, 19 avr. 1775 ans - The Battle of Lexington

Description:

On April 18, 1775, 80 militiamen under John Parker emerged from Buckman Tavern and stood in ranks at the village common. There were about 40-100 spectators watching them. The militiamen stayed until night, and advanced to Concord because they didn't spot any British troops. They later turned back to Boston because they still didn't spot any British troops. They returned to the Lexington Common and spotted the British. The British later opened fire on the patriots and thus the beginning of the Battle of Lexington, and the Revolutionary War.
