The Boston Massacre, also know as the Incident on King Street, was an incident that occurred on March 5, 1770. The British Army shot and killed five protesters while being attacked by the protester mob. They also threw objects such as snowballs and spat at the protesters. This encouraged Paul Revere and Samuel Adams to encourage patriots to rebel against the British even harder. This event was considered one of the most important event that turned the colonies against King George III and the British authorities.
