a) Should born in Hyderabad stateb) Should be a resident of Hyderabad
c) By the time of birth of a child, his/her father
must have completed 15 years of tenure
as government employee.
d) For a woman, she must be a wife of Mulki.
Should sign a non-returning affidavit
