A RED FLAG speaks for itself - a warning sign or something that indicates or draws attention to a problem, danger, or irregularity such as bad behaviour.On this occasion Amber Heard’s behaviour was questioned:
- outside manic laughing whilst standing apart from Johnny Depp in front of the photographers
- inside smooching and fondling him inappropriately whilst sitting at the table surrounded by all the the other guests and photographers/film crew.
An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.
An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.
Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
