Description:

Marty called a gay meth user named Fred to go to 339 to enjoy meth and make love. Sally could be heard answering the door and denying Fred entry after Fred flashed infront of Sally. The meth user gets agitated and Marty's excuse was Sally thinks Fred is a cop.

The only way to prove he isn't cop and was interested in having fun with Chance was to whip out his dic. At the end Fred gets pulled over by the cops.
